Managed all elements of exploration program including:

• Conducted all bidding and contract negotiation with the government of Guyana  

• Interpretation of 5,000 km of 2D seismic data 

• Acquisition and interpretation of 7,500 sq. km 3D survey.  

• Oversaw a small exploration team consisting of one manager, two geologists and two geophysicists 

• Performed duties as Exploration Manager conducting partner meetings, Technical Operating Committee meetings and governmental liaison. 

• Spearheaded farm out process and brought in 2 super major partners

• Beachhead was able to help secure $100 million in signing bonuses and multiple well carries for the client.
